Pipe bending

In 2011 we successfully completed the preparatory phase of the project – cold pipe bending and we have launched the implementation phase. Our bending machine KM-219 with CNC equipment, controlled by touch panel, is equipped by feeding and turning facilities that allow more complicated dimensional bending.

We can offer you the pipe bending of the following parameters:

A. Cold bending:

• diameter: 60 – 219 mm
• radius: 130 – 1100 mm
• angle: 0 - 190°

B. Hot bending:

• diameter 60 – 1420 mm
• radius 210 – 10800mm
• angle 0 - 180°

Working hours of the bending workplace is the same as business hours of the storehouse, also from 7:00 till 21:00hrs. We will appreciate if you make use of our offer for complete delivery of bending including pipes from our stock reserves. Also we could offer you the realization of bending from your delivered pipes. We are managing the delivery of bendings by our regular routes, PPL pallet transport and delivery service.

The obvious service within deliveries is non-destructive testing, heat processing, bevels for V-weld and polyurethane insulation – PROTEGOL.
