1. Blasting

Increasing number of investors´ demands on the quality of pipeline surface before subsequent application of anticorrosive coating caused that we have bought a new technology for external modification that is based on continuous blasting by steel pellets. In comparison with standard sand-blasting machine, the new equipment has plenty of advantages, for instance decrease of time demands for service, the quantity of abrasive material and minimisation of unwanted dustiness occurrence.

The operational range:

• diameter: 18 – 406 mm
• length: 100 – 13500 mm

New technology of synthetic and polyurethane coatings application is further linked to the equipment.
